We want you to love your Esska shoes, but if they aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 28 days of delivery. Please ensure all footwear is returned in its original packaging and condition to qualify for a full refund.
Request a Return
Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose your preferred return method.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes back in their original Esska box and secure them inside a mailing bag or outer carton to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, or use the provided QR code at your local drop-off point, and affix it clearly to the outside of the package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
